This year, approximately 17,600 women in Victoria will be diagnosed with cancer, and around 5,200 will die from the disease. More than 5,300 Victorian women will be diagnosed with breast or gynaecological cancer.

However, thanks to wonderful generosity like yours, the rate of women dying from cancer is declining. Since 1994, the rate has been consistently decreasing by 1.4% per year.

By living a healthy lifestyle (that includes the occasional cocktail 🍸) and participating in recommended screening programs, women can significantly reduce their risk of developing cancer and increase their chances of discovering it early.

This year we’re going for a tree chill, rather than a sea chill and will be heading to Trentham in country Victoria to experience country charm, spas, fresh produce and as always, amazing friendship and laughter. We have not been touched by the big C as a group but so very aware of those who have.

We’re fundraising for the greater good and
